Achraf Hakimi Becomes PSG's Third Highest Earner Behind Dembele and Marquinhos

A report by the French newspaper L'Equipe has revealed the salaries of players in the French football league, with Morocco international Achraf Hakimi topping the list of the highest-paid players behind only Ousmane Dembele and Marquinhos.
According to the report, Hakimi earns a monthly salary of 1.1 million euros, while Dembele leads the way with 1.5 million euros, and Marquinhos comes in second with a salary of 1.12 million euros.
The Atlas Lions captain sits atop the list of the highest-paid Moroccan players in the French league, with 14 million centimes per season, followed by Marseille defender Nayef Aguerd with 5 billion, then Nice forward Sofiane Diop with 4.5 billion, and finally Lille forward Hamza Igamane with 1.5 billion centimes.
Achraf Hakimi moved to the French capital club Paris in the summer of 2021 from Inter Milan for around 70 million euros, and his current contract runs until the summer of 2029.
The 27-year-old is one of the team's key pillars, ranking second in the captaincy hierarchy behind Marquinhos, and is considered one of the most important options for Spanish coach Luis Enrique in the starting lineup.
