Al Ahly Inquires About Benjedida as MAS Fes Sets Release Clause

Abdelhaq El Marrakchi, a board member of MAS Fes, has stated that striker Sofiane Benjedida is drawing interest from several Arab clubs eager to secure his services.
In comments to Egyptian media, El Marrakchi explained that the player, the top scorer in the "Inwi" professional league, has attracted the attention of several Egyptian clubs, including Al Ahly, but that the MAS board chose to secure his future with a long-term contract.
The same official added that the MAS Fes board has set the release clause in Benjedida's contract at 4 million dollars, reflecting the significant technical value he now holds within the team.
The MAS board had already secured its star earlier on, after extending Sofiane Benjedida's contract until 2030, a move aimed at preserving the team's key players and strengthening technical stability.
It is worth noting that Sofiane Benjedida tops the scoring chart of the "Inwi" professional league with 14 goals in 16 matches, making him one of the most prominent and in-form strikers this season.
