MAS Fez Bans Fans From Travelling to Meknes, Offers Ticket Refund or Swap

Maghreb of Fez (MAS) has announced, in an official statement addressed to its supporters, that it has received a notice from the competent authorities in the city of Fez banning fans from travelling to the city of Meknes for the match that will bring it up against the Meknes club, as part of organisational measures aimed at ensuring security and safety.
In its statement, the club stressed that this decision falls within a national policy for regulating the movement of fans, calling on its supporters to fully comply with it and not to head to Meknes, in order to avoid any legal or disciplinary consequences and out of respect for the directives issued by the competent authorities.
In a related context, the club explained that fans who have purchased tickets for the match may, starting Sunday, go to the approved points of sale to choose either a refund of the ticket price or an exchange for a ticket to the Raja Club Athletic match.
Maghreb of Fez emphasised that football remains a space for instilling the values of sportsmanship and fair competition, affirming that the safety of its supporters remains a top priority for the club.
The club also expressed its regret that these measures may affect fans who have not engaged in any improper conduct, noting that the team's supporters have always been a model of civilised and responsible support, both inside and outside the stadiums.
