Mohamed Ouahbi leaves Zabiri and Ait Boudlal out of Madrid trip, hands them to the Olympic side

Morocco national team coach Mohamed Ouahbi has announced the exclusion of the duo Yassir Zabiri and Abdelhamid Ait Boudlal from the Morocco national football team's delegation, which travelled to the Spanish capital Madrid in preparation for the friendly match against Ecuador.
Despite taking part in the latest training sessions, the Atlas Lions' technical staff decided to attach the pair to the under-23 national team, with the aim of giving them the chance to gain more experience and competitiveness.
Zabiri and Ait Boudlal will feature in the friendly that will bring the Olympic team up against its Ivorian counterpart on Thursday, as part of ongoing preparations for upcoming events, with the national staff seeking to build a young group capable of delivering outstanding performances in the future.
This decision comes in line with coach Ouahbi's keenness to develop young talents and gradually integrate them into the senior national team, while maintaining their physical and technical readiness for the upcoming fixtures.
