Youssef Belaïmari Injury Disrupts Al Ahly Plans Before Pyramids Clash

Al Ahly's club doctor, Ahmed Gaballah, revealed that the examinations and scans the player underwent showed a first-degree tear at the origin of the left adductor, an injury that will force him to be sidelined for no less than three weeks.
The Al Ahly doctor explained that in the coming period Belaïmari will follow a dedicated treatment and rehabilitation programme under the supervision of the medical staff, with the aim of speeding up his recovery and restoring his physical readiness as soon as possible.
The player had already missed the friendly match between Al Ahly and ZED last Monday at the Al-Tatch stadium, due to pain felt at the site of the injury, before undergoing detailed examinations that confirmed the nature of the injury.
